Annual Telephone Support Support

We offer free support for the first month from installation/registration, however we strongly suggest that you take out Annual Telephone Support Otherwise software support is available by non-priority e-mail only. TimeVision terminals are covered by a 12-month return to base warranty, with repairs chargeable thereafter.
